Question 1

Why should I work with Haarshan Mohan instead of a traditional agency?

Accepted Answer

Traditional agencies carry heavy overhead: account managers, sales reps, and junior interns who actually write the code. You pay RM 20k–50k for bloated templates and wait 3 months. With me, you work directly with a senior full-stack and AI engineer. You get enterprise-grade Next.js, Flutter, and FastAPI systems shipped in days, with zero bureaucracy and zero middleman markup.

Question 2

Can I cancel the monthly care retainer at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. There are zero long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your monthly care retainer whenever you want with a simple WhatsApp message. No penalties, no hassle.

Question 3

Do I own 100% of the code and assets when you build my website or app?

Accepted Answer

100% yes. Once the build is completed and paid for, you receive full ownership of the GitHub repository, database, domain configuration, and designs. I will never hold your code or hosting hostage.

Question 4

How fast do you respond to updates or emergencies?

Accepted Answer

For all clients, I respond on WhatsApp within 1–2 hours. On the Growth Partner retainer, critical bug fixes or downtime emergencies receive same-day priority intervention.

Question 5

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Simple as that. Use the 60-second interactive scope builder at /start or message me on WhatsApp at 018-268 4420. We will do a quick 15-minute diagnostic call or chat, lock in your exact fixed price and delivery date, and start building.
